On Sunday, 22 November 2020, Regla Rafaela Burunate Gómez was attending an event organized by San Isidro Movement in the main park in the municipality of Colón. Immediately after the event started, a political police officer known as Yuniel appeared and told Regla that she was detained. Then he put her in a patrol car. When Regla started to shout "We support the San Isidro Movement", she was hit by offical María Carla who was accompanying her in the vehicle. She was driven to the police station in Colón, taken to one of the offices and left there for some time. Before her release, the policemen issued her an official warning. Then she was driven back home.
