Francisco Osoria Claro was arrested and taken to the police unit Parque 24, due to the appearance of several anti-government posters in the downtown area. He was released on the afternoon of the same day (after 9 hours) with a warning in which he had to undertake not to do it again, which he did not accept or sign.
