Daniel García Díaz was summoned by a sector police chief from him residencial zone to the police unit called Parque 24. Official Odelin Arranda threatened him that if he committed a crime affecting the system during the period of the pandemic of COVID 19, such as organizing interviews and hoarding of goods, he would be prosecuted for disobedience. Then the official issued him an official warning and released him 5 hours later.
