The human rights defender Celina Osoria Claro wanted to go to the Santa Catalina de Ricci church with the aim of participating in the Mass celebrated by the Ladies in White and the UNPACU. When she was walking through the streets La Avenida and Los Maceos, the State Security Officer (DSE) known as Kevin or Jefferson along with other DSE agent arrested her and took her to the Parque 24 police unit. She was released after 5 hours.
