Detained again on a walk to church

Francisco Osoria Claro intended to go to the Santa Catalina de Ricci church to participate in the Sunday mass officiated there. When he was crossing between La Avenida and Los Maceos Street, a State Security Officer, known as Kevin or Jefferson, along with two police officers from patrol car 417 detained him and took him to the detention center known as Operaciones. Francisco was released around one in the afternoon on that same day after seven hours of being detained.
