The activist Kirenia was heading to the province of Santiago de Cuba to the Sanctuary of El Cobre to the Sunday Mass in support of the Ladies in White and the campaign "Todos marchamos". At 6:30 in the morning she was arrested by the security officer Kevin along with the National Revolutionary Police. Then, she was transferred in the police car to the police unit where she remained until 9:45 when they released her.
