Guantánamo activist detained while walking in the park

Yanier Joubert Cisneros, an activist from the Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU), was walking around with his friend in the José Martí Park in Guantánamo. Suddenly, a patrol car no. 603 approached them and the police officers asked his ID. Then the officers got Yanier on the ground and told him that he would have to accompany them, because his name appeared in the registry demanded by the court. They took Yanier to the police unit known as Parque 24, where he was kept in detention for about four hours. After that, they told him, without any explanation, that he can leave.
