At 5 am, the activist Ibraili was heading to the province of Santiago de Cuba to participate in the Santuario del Cobre at Mass to ask for the release of political prisoners and the end of police repression. He was arrested in Jamaica by the officer of the State Security Pedro and a police car. He was taken to the police unit of Manuel Tames where he received threats to be presented in his neighborhood as a potential criminal if he continued in the counter-revolution activities. He was released at 11 am the same day.
