Arquimides Loren Rivera is held in the A-500 unit of the Guantanamo provincial prison and suffers from bronchial asthma and delumbociatalgia. On July 4, medical care was denied to him by not giving him any medical attention, when he had an asthma attack and asked to be taken to the infirmary.
