Leoncio Rodríguez is a prisoner in the prison called Kilo 8 in the province of Camagüey. On that day, he was annoucing by phone a violation which was happening to another prisoner. Few minutes later, when 1st Lieutenant Camilo heard what he was saying, he was immediately taken to a solitary confinement cell. There he was kept for 14 days. Moreover, he was deprived of his right to communication with his family for one month.
