On March 17, 2016, a tradesman Yohandy Ramírez Miranda was detained by an inspector of Inspection and Supervision Department (DSI) along with two National Revolutionary Police officials. Yohandy was also fined and the goods he was selling was confiscated. He expressed his strong dissatisfaction with the government and told them that he went to Havana to see Obama. He was released after 4 hours. However, one of the official was orderded to accompany him wherever he was going to control that he would not go to Havana again.
