At 6 am., Alejandro Riquenes Coy was heading to Santiago de Cuba province to participate in Sunday Mass of the Sanctuary of El Cobre for freedom of political prisoners and the end of the police abuse.
Alexander was detained when he was passing through the checkpoint of Cayamo by State Security official Mayor Cantilo and the police. He was taken to the police station in Caimanera, where he received threats from the officer Montalvo. He was released that same day at 8 am.
