Armando was fired from his job arbitrarily

Armando R. Serante Méndez is a worker from the UEB Maintenance of the Central Electric Company Antonio Guiteras Matanzas. After all, the new mechanic analysed the situation that they had to wait 4 hours until the temperature decreases. A complaint has been written and sent to the Basic Labor Justice Institution about the arbitrary dismissal. Exposing the abuse and the violation of the safety and health measures by the technical director. Now, he is appealing to the Labor Section of the Municipal Court with the aim of coming back to work and being paid retroactively for the suffered damages and then request the dismissal as he is not longer interested in working at the company.
