Access to another province is denied to an activist

Raúl Luis Risco Perez arrived at 9.30am to the bus terminal to take a bus that would take him to Havana to continue from there to the province Sancti Espíritu in order to impart a workshop there and organize an editorial meeting with 12 activists and journalists. He was detained for three hours in a room under construction at the terminal, in order to prevent his participation in the events.
