Victim is detained and deprived of his liberty while on his way to the home of a human rights activist to file a complaint against the regime.



The victim, Alvarez Fernandez, was detained and deprived of his liberty when he went to the house of a human rights activist in Guantanamo to make a complaint against the regime for the harassment he has received from the head of his sector and for the freedom of Cuba. The State Security officer, Major Kevin, detained him and transferred him to Police Unit Park 24, where he was threatened and told that if he returned to visit the opponent, he would be punished for the crime of disobedience. He was detained for four hours and then released.
