The victim was on the public road near a MININT operation, for no apparent reason the victim was detained, forced into a jeep of the Operational Guard and taken to the national highway, in a lonely place. There she was told that they were not going to allow Ladies in White. She was released and the victim had to board a private van to return to the city.
