A case of a woman fined and violated the right of freedom of expression and opinion (Guantánamo)

Roelvis was walking down the street "Los maceos" when a motorized officer stopped her to check Roelbis documentation. When she left in the car, she said "The Communists are such" and the official fined her 150 pesos. Roelvis went to the transit unit where she spoke out against the system and claimed her disagreement with the fine. The officers analyzed the situation and dropped to 40 pesos preventive fine. This happened under the supervision of the security officer known as Brayan.
