The inmate Mildael Matos Gainza since last 18th of this month began with diarrhea. He informed about his state of health the Head of the camp. According to him his condition caused the poor water quality and poor conditions of the camp. The officer told Mildael Matos that no one had commanded to fall prisoner and that if I continued talking would be put to the Paso de Cuba Prison in Baracoa.
