In the morning of the May 18 the official Lt. Kevin political police with the patrol car 606 national police were presented at the home of activist UNPACU Marcos Antonio Moran Pelegrin. They told him he could not leave his home, threatening and preventing Moran Pelegrin to take his children to school.
