Carroso Matos was summoned by the sector chief of his area to the Parque 24 Police Unit, by order of State Security. There he was threatened for not having an employment relationship and for meeting with elements opposed to the regime. Likewise, he was warned that if he participated in any type of activity on December 10, Human Rights Day, in favor of the 11J demonstrators, he would be prosecuted for the crime of disobedience. He was released 5 hours later.
