At 9 am, Yusmel Acosta Aguilera, an activist from the Eastern Democratic Alliance (ADO), was summoned to the police station in the municipality od Caimanera. When he arrived, he was received by State Security (DSE) official Captain Dupuig. He explained him that he had been summoned due to his action in the streets, when Yusmel was posting around photos of José Martí. The official told him to stop organizing similar events and to leave the ADO otherwise he would be put in prison for that. He was released at about 11 am with a fine amounting 30 pesos. The official added that he was entitled to fine him up to 3000 pesos but he would keep it for 30 pesos.
