Detained while going home from work

On December 17, 2015, Diorgenis Caraballo Duvergel was going home from his work in one of the agricultural farms of MININT, when he was stopped by a military man. He said he was going to detain him, because he had piece of information that Diorgenis was selling animal feed. He immediately called a patrol car and Diorgenis was taken to the Police Department. He received an official warning and was given a fine amounting 200 pesos.
