Manuel de Jesús Abeal Odelin was going to the UNPACU Headquarters in Guantánamo and later to the Santuario del Cobre Church on Santiago de Cuba Province. He was detained by the State Security official Kevin, put in the patrol car 600 and driven to the police station in El Salvador. He was threatened and several hours later released with an official warning.
