On 21st October Celina Osorio, a Lady in White, was heading to the church Santa Catalina de Ricci to take part in the Sunday mass. When she was between the street Los Maceos and the 3 south, the State Security Department (DSE) officer Víctor Víctor, along with two policemen, arrested and leaded her to the detention center known as Operations. There, they issued a warning record for disobediences and told her not to go again to the church or she would get into trouble. The defender was released around 7 am of the following day.
