Victim is beaten and detained for a week for attempting to intervene in a police assault.

The victim, named Edel, was with his partner when they witnessed the police, dressed in civilian clothes, physically assaulting a woman. Edel's partner wanted to intervene, but was threatened by the police, so Edel intervened. The police beat him, arrested him and he was missing for a week.
