The victim was detained by the PNR for being one of the promoters of the 11J protests. She was imposed a precautionary measure of provisional imprisonment and she was sent to the Guajamal Penitentiary Center. She was released until August 23, 2021 with a fine of 2,000 CUP (77.18 €) for an alleged crime of low dangerousness.
