Hurricane victim has no home or government's support

On the 4th of October 2017, the house of Mr. Roberto Ruenes Amaro located in Baracoa was destroyed by the hurricane Matthew. Since then, Mr. Ruenes and his family have been living in subhuman conditions because the government has not sold them the construction materials to rebuild their house, even though they have ask them several times to the Delegate as well as to the President of the Popular Council, and even though the beginning of the hurricanes season.
