For her activism, victim of the hurricane deprived of aid to repair her home

On 27th January 2019, as a consequence of the hurricane the home of an activist was completely destroyed. The government of the municipality where she resided showed up at the scene and promised to provide building materials and put in the labor force free of charge to repair all the houses so that they would look better than they did, since the approval of the constitution was near. Like the other victims, the activist started all the procedures to repair her house. In her particular case, the procedures were delayed or she was given excuses not to resolve them. When she realized that they would not help her with the damage to her home, she complained in all instances. The answer was that since she was an opponent, she would not receive anything from the government, so she should ask the NGOs that support her from abroad, to help her with her problem, since the assignments were for the revolutionaries who were with the government. So far the activist has not received the materials to fix her house.
