The government of La Habana spend its resources unjustly

In La Habana, the government repairs only the bus stops that are located nearby the Municipal Military Office. Nevertheless, the others in the municipality are in poor conditions and the government does not do anything to solve the situation. At the account surrender assemblies, Ramón Tamayo Leal always asks the governors why they repair only these stops and not the others. The governors always give a quick response in order to stop his protest. In this way, they refuse all his reclamations.
