Ana Belkis Santos Leyva traveled from the Province of Guantanamo to Baracoa city of the same province. She was arrested along with her husband and a friend at the checkpoint Glorieta Baracoa road for alleged illegal departure from the country. She said they are tired of traveling to Baracoa vacation every year. She said that they had no reason to arrest even animostity. They were and they are free to travel trough their country freely, they were not violated any article of the constitution. Ana Belkis was taken to the detention center of operations of the State Security. She was released on 17.10.2015 with a fine of 1500 and a warning letter.
