A case of a summond man fined for doing business in a prohibited place



Rafael Matos Guilarte is a vegetable peddler who was selling their products when the state intervened and chief inspectorate for industry in the area, where they asked their documents. Guilarte asks him why he was not violating law. Sector chief gave him a citation. He had to report to the police station 24.
