Activist Allison Reina Culueta was on his way to Guantánamo to take food to his wife who was admitted to the maternity hospital to give birth to their first child. The food in the hospital is so bad that food from elsewhere has to be brought to the patients every day. When Culueta was one his way to the hospital, he was arrested by lieutenant Fran Metre and an official of State Security known as Omaní. He was taken out of his car and put in the police car. He explained that he was only trying to bring food to his wife, however, the officer replied that he couldn't continue. He was released a few hours later.
