UNPACU activist detained

Alexander Chacon Lamoth was heading to the city of Santiago de Cuba to participate in the Mass and march to demand the release of political prisoners and the end of the repression of human rights activists and people in general in Cuba. At 6:40 a.m., he was detained by the State Security along with another 10 activists at San Lino y 1 Sur street. He was pushed, handcuffed and put into the bus where he was taken more than 35 kilometers away from the city of Guantanamo in order to not be able to participate at the Mass. The detention was instructed by State Security official known as Bryan or also Morgan.
