Yordis García Fournier was summoned by Captain Hodelín to the police station known as Parque 24 for 9 am. There, he was interrogated by two officials, Lieutenant José Sánchez Noblé from the police who used to be the chief of internal order in the prison an who is currently the sector chief of the zone South of the city and a State Security offical known as Luis Ángel or Roberto. The officials told him that he could not keep expressing publicly his anti-government opinions as he had been doing it in previous days. They said that he would not be allowed to carry out any counterrevolutionary activity and that he could be put in jail. They finished the interrogation by issuing an official warning and fining him 30 pesos, both for disturbation of public order.
