Six days under arbitrary arrest not even having a sleeping mattress

Ariolvis Columbié Noa was receiving medical attention at the municipal hospital because of a beating executed by a policeman. In that moment, the police called and ordered to detain him. Then, he was taken to the police unit where he was being mistreated by agents who pushed him in and snatched his cigarette. During the 6 days of his arrest, he was not given a sleeping mattress and his right to accuse the policeman who beat him was denied. Upon being released, they issued a warning that he could not approach the policeman and he was under police control by signing 3 times a week a document at the municipal unit.
