Man from Guantánamo intimidated and threatened by the police

Arbis Luis Alayo Legra is a pedicab driver. On that day, he was waiting for clients on the Martí Street, near the Boulevard, when official Cornelio approached him and asked for his ID. After that, he took him to the police station where he was kept for several hours. When the official learned that his documents were alright, he told Arbis in rude way to leave the station and that he was not allowed to park at the place he had been standing, with no apologies for the inconvenience he caused him. When Arbis complained about the working hours he lost, he was threatened with fine for causing a public scandal.
