Yaima García Lores went to claim a violation committed by the health attendant on duty who didn't give a dose of insulin to her mother who suffers from general terminal cancer. Yaima was assaulted by the nurses in turn, causing injuries to her face and was reprimanded by the guard officer of the Hospital Provincial, first Tte Kindelan who detained her and took her in a patrol car to the 3rd police unit. Here, she was detained from 2 pm to 5:30 pm. She was released with a warning that if she created another scandal, even if she was right, she would be accused of disobedience.
