Sick citizen dispossessed of his property with the complicity of the authorities

After a dramatic health event, Fidel Ortíz was left with a condition in his central nervous system so his mother was the one to take care of him. After the death of his mother, her daughter began to sell his properties one by one under the excuse that as a result of his illness, he had to go and live with her. Soon after, the daughter ended up selling the house where he lived leaving him on the street. According to the victim, the sale of the property was carried out in collusion with the officials of the Municipal Housing Department of the municipality where he resides. The public health authorities are aware of his state of health, but have not taken steps to address his situation. Currently, the victim is wandering around looking for a place to sleep.
