A women was physically abused by police at her home

Captain Asdrubal Turro with badge´s number 25028 went to the victim's home together with 9 policemen on 26th of August 2013. They were physically abusing the women because of being accused of disobedience to the authority. On the 30th two agents went again to her house and fined her 2000 pesos to be paid in 72 hours, unless she has been brought to the trial.
