Human rights activist from Colón detained in front of his house

After his last detention, the victim, who was conditionally released from the prison, was warned that in case that new proofs about his "dangerousness" were found, he would be put again in the prison for the rest of his sentence. On 27 July, when the victim was leaving his house in the evening, a police officer who was keeping his house under surveillance detained him and took him to the police station in Colón where the victim lives. He was kept there for 5 hours and then released. However, his house remains to be under surveillance.
