On February 27, 2016, Yorbis Martinez Boloy was detained when he was going from San Antonio del Sur to his house in Yaterita. He was intercepted by sector chief and two other officials. The told him that he had to accompany them to the Police Department. When they arrived, the sector chief gave the order to put him in a cell for disrespect. When Martinez Boloy heard it, he told them that he had no idea what they were talking about and that they were violating human rights. The officials did not care what Yorbis was telling them and he was detained until March 1. He was released when unit chief came and apologized that it was a misunderstanding.
