Bartolo Cantillo Romero is an UNPACU activist and cooperates with Ladies in White. On October 23, he was on his way to attend Mass in Santa Catalina de Ricci. When he going through Pedro Agusto Pérez and Emilio Giro Streets, he was stopped by two State Security officials who prohibited him from attending the Mass.
