Limonta Paulino was threatened by Captain Balbino Soria Negre which made him - without any reason - a record of pre-crime social dangerousness. According to Soria Negre, Limonta has no employment relation with the government and claimed that in three months he would go to prison. Soria Negre also said he would pass the case to the Head of the Sector to make the process faster.
