Rodolfo Barthelemis Cobas was on his way to Maisí to support an activist Felix Rodriguez Matos, who was detained on September 5. In the municipality of Yumuri, Rodolfo was stopped by police and State Security officials who prevented him from going to Maisis and thus from meeting with Felix.
