Activist prevented from meeting his friend in Maisí

When Emilio Almaguer was on his way to Maisí to support an activist Felix Rodriguez Matos, who was detained on September 5. Emilio was stopped by police and State Security officials who prevented him from going to Maisí and thus from meeting with Felix.
