Man detained at his house and kept for 72 hours in the police station

Yasmay was detained by police at home. When they arrived to the police station, he was informed that he was accused of an alleged threatening. On the second day of his detention, he was interrogated by agent Víctor who told him that he will suffer the consequences and threatened him with imprisonment. Yasmay was kept under detention for 72 hours and fined 800 pesos in CUP. According to the law, if the fine is not paid in three days, the person can be prosecuted.
