Activist detained and fined on his way to meet his colleagues

When the victim left his house in order to attend a weekly meeting of the owners of bicycle taxis in Cuba, he was detained by official Ramonsito and two National Revolutionary Police agents (PNR). They prevented him from attending the meeting and fined him 60 pesos. The victim was also threatened with being imprisoned.
