At 8:30 am, a human rights defender Dianelis Moreno was detained by Captain Dayron in order to prevent her from attending Mass. When leaving the house, she was detained by Dayron and driven to the police station in Carlos Rojas. There, she was kept until 12:30 pm. Before being released, she was threatened that if she continued attending Mass, the police would behave in a different way.
