Félix Navarro Rodríguez arrested after having distributed 10 boxes with food



Félix Navarro Rodríguez was traveling through the city of Colón along with two other activists, after having distributed 10 boxes with cooked food to 10 homeless people. Suddenly they were intercepted by law enforcement officers and 2 police officers. Navarro Rodríguez (handcuffed) with Carlos Olivera were put into the police car number 208 and taken to a police station. Both were taken to an office located on the top floor. Minutes later, the rest of the arrested activists was brought. There they remained guarded by the police officers known as Victor, Yunier and Alberto Surí, where Victor took advantage of Navarro to take off his bracelet of Cuba Decide that he carried on his right wrist. Navarro Rodríguez was taken to another office where the political police officer called Dayron told Navarro that the next day, August 25, he was summoned for the Perico Police Station. He was detained for 2 hours.
