Inviolability of Domicile.

"Fernando Ginarte is a human rights activist member of the Eastern Democratic Alliance who is being accused of an alleged crime of attack as a result of the protests of July 11. On the 21st of that same month, the sector chief of his area, known as Martínez Fis, together with the first lieutenant instructor with badge number 24717, who is handling the case of the alleged attack against Ginarte, and an unidentified State Security officer (State Security Department) went to the activist's home with the objective of conducting a search (search and seizure). They informed her that they were in the house looking for a machete with which Fernando allegedly committed the attack, where they did not find the weapon they were looking for because such weapon never happened and does not exist. The investigator took statements from the witnesses in favor of Fernando and then without saying anything, nor apologizing for not having found anything and having made a search without evidence of anything, they left without any other consequences for Ginarte.
